The team


Digital and Creative Services (DCS) is the University’s creative agency on campus. This passionate team delivers end-to-end project management and offers all the services to meet University clients’ digital and print needs. Talented designers, website-building specialists; digital, business and accessibility analysts; social media experts and keen content writers all contribute to bringing our clients’ creative vision to life.


About the opportunity

You will be responsible for analysing traffic data across digital platforms – including but not limited to internal communication systems, general internet, social media and other devices such as mobiles, tablets or other digitally interactive information systems – to optimise performance as driven by dashboards, trends analysis, and consumer and market insights. You will also be responsible for timely dissemination of insights and reports of interpreted data and trends with recommendations in order to facilitate content and strategy action.

About you

You will possess extensive experience with Google Analytics or similar platform, as well as experience building reports based on data. Your experience working within a well-designed data framework will enable you to provide recommendations for improvements to the existing framework. Experience working with a Data Management Platform, search engine optimisation and Adwords will be highly regarded.
