An exciting opportunity exists for a Food Co-ordinator at the UWA Early Learning Centre. You will join a dynamic team that is dedicated to the development of their professional careers. Key responsibilities

We are seeking a creative, motivated and positive person who enjoys taking on new challenges and working in a service that is innovative and respects children. You will work in partnership with families and other Educators and you will plan, prepare and serve seasonal menus whilst maintaining a high standard of health and hygiene practices in accordance with the Food Act (2008) (WA) and Food Regulations (2009) (WA).

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Hold a CHCCN3C (Prepare nutritionally balanced food in a safe and hygienic manner), a component of the Certificate 111 in Children's Services
  • Experience preparing nutritionally balanced food in a safe and hygienic manner
  • Working with Children Check
  • Appropriate Medical Clearance, in working in a relevant center based Education and care service
