About the opportunity

The Chair in Engineering Education is a leadership/facilitation role responsible for strengthening and integrating the University’s teaching, research and community engagement in the field of Engineering Education

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

  • A PhD or higher doctorate in an engineering discipline
  • Recognised experience in developing and executing a research programme in engineering education research
  • Proven ability in developing and implementing effective engineering pedagogy
  • Recognised experience in the development of engineering coursework and curriculum
  • Capacity to integrate the engineering workplace with educational provision
