In this role, you will:

• Lead the execution of key sub-projects focused on reviewing and rectifying employee entitlements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Identify and mitigate risks while fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in managing complex projects, particularly in employee relations or HR.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams toward successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
