About the area
College Services delivers academic administration and technical support to UWA Schools, supporting Heads of School, academic staff and research students. The Schools Operations team provides high‑quality academic and general administrative services, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and enabling Schools to meet strategic and operational objectives.
About the opportunity
- Provide a broad range of administrative services that support the efficient day‑to‑day operations of the School(s)
- Contribute to key functions including HDR and research coordination support, committee servicing, prizes and scholarships, office access, event coordination and website updates.
- Work collaboratively across Schools Operations to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery and respond proactively to changing priorities and workload demands.
About you
- Demonstrated relevant administrative experience and/or tertiary qualifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, students and stakeholders.
- Well‑developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy across multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using a range of administrative technologies including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email systems. Working knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous
- Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team, using initiative, sound judgement and a commitment to high‑quality customer service.
