- Base salary range: $80,293 – $85,291 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

UWA Albany, located in Kinjarling / Albany, supports the University of Western Australia's teaching and research activities throughout the Great Southern region. The campus is recognised for its strong connections to regional communities and its focus on place-based learning, impactful research, and student success.
The Academic Services team provides high-quality administrative support to academic staff, researchers, and students. With a strong commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement, the team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of academic and operational activities across the campus.
About the opportunity
- Deliver professional reception, enquiry management and customer service support for students, staff, visitors and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support campus administration, events, meetings, room bookings, teaching activities and visitor engagement.
- Maintain accurate records, process financial transactions, prepare documentation and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of the Albany Centre.
About you
- Experience in a customer facing role with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across a diverse community.
- Demonstrated experience in administration, office coordination, customer service or student services support.
- Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience maintaining records, databases and administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
