- Based at UWA Health Campus (QEII) and may involve travel between hospital sites.
- Base salary range: $74,450 – $88,940 p.a plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides comprehensive academic administration and technical support to UWA's schools, catering to the needs of Heads of School, academic staff, and research students. The School Operations team, specifically, focuses on delivering high-quality academic and administrative support aligned with UWA's strategic objectives for continuous improvement and best practice.

- Provide administrative support across various school operations, including graduate research, prizes, scholarships, and clinical placements.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality service in a dynamic learning environment.
- Handle inquiries, manage office operations, and support program-related events.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with substantial administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in various computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to customer service excellence.
