- Location: UWA Health Campus. QEII Medical Centre.
- Base salary range: $80,243 – $88,940 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides essential academic and technical support to the University’s schools, prioritising efficient services that align with UWA’s strategic goals. The School Operations team supports academic programs and administration for the University’s Schools.
About the opportunity
- Provide administrative support across various school operations, including graduate research, prizes, scholarships, and clinical placements.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality service in a dynamic learning environment.
- Handle inquiries, manage office operations, and support program-related events.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with substantial administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in various computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to customer service excellence.
