The People & Culture (P&C) team at The University of Western Australia (UWA) plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring compliance with workforce-related policies and legislation. Within P&C, the Payroll & Advisory Services function is responsible for delivering seamless payroll operations, employee lifecycle transactions, and advisory services. This team is at the heart of ensuring UWA staff are supported with accurate, efficient, and high-quality payroll and advisory services.
About the opportunity
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and selection to offer and onboarding.
- Provide expert advice and training to hiring managers on talent acquisition processes.
- Provide support and guidance to the Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor throughout the end-to-end Academic Promotions process.
About you
- Prior experience in delivering a broad range of end-to-end talent acquisition services across the University.
- A passion for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Experience delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers including senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
