- Base salary range: $80,243 - $88,940 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
TechWorks and OceanWorks are flagship programs that form the Woodside FutureLab at UWA collaboration. Both programs act to identify, incubate, and deliver innovative, impactful outcomes for UWA and Woodside Energy as well as build relationships between Industry and Academia.
TechWorks is located within the School of Engineering and is designed to promote innovation and engagement through research, prototyping and testing activities that will drive improved production, maintenance and operations outcomes.
OceanWorks is situated within the School of Earth and Oceans and the wider Oceans Institute at UWA and is designed to build relationships and seed new applied research projects that facilitate innovation in offshore engineering and operations.
About the opportunity
- Provide administrative support to the Woodside FutureLab team at UWA.
- Coordinate activities in the OceanWorks Lounge.
- Support FutureLab events, student programs, and STEM Outreach activities.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level.
- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to engage with a range of high-level stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Commitment to providing high-quality service.
