About the area
The Office of the Vice-Chancellor (OVC) is a small, dynamic professional team that supports the Vice-Chancellor and Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor in leading and managing the University to achieve its mission. The Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Advancement & Diversity) works closely with academic leaders and People & Culture to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, academic workforce planning, and career development strategies.

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and digital tools to inform strategic decision-making.
Special Requirements
- A current National Police Clearance Certificate.
