The opportunity will be in the area of School of Biological Sciences

• Join a research team to initiate research in local, national and international arenas.  
• Undertake collaborative research to generate research outputs of high impact.  

• Forrest Fellows may engage in teaching and other associated activities at their employing university 

• Contribute to the governance and collegial life within the School, across the Faculty and University and more broadly outside the institution.

About you

• Completed 4 years of tertiary study or equivalent qualifications and experience
• Demonstrated ability to relate well to staff and students at all levels and evidence of a commitment to equity and diversity principles. 
• Outstanding academic achievements.
• Exceptional ability, resourcefulness and originality.
• Demonstration of how the award would help build world-class innovation and research capacity in Western Australia
