About the opportunity
- Support the CIO and Senior Leadership Team with governance, coordination and executive rhythm.
- Draft, refine and quality‑assure high‑quality executive briefs, papers and correspondence.
- Drive follow‑through - keeping actions and decisions moving, anticipating issues and removing friction.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in business management or demonstrated equivalent work experience of more than 5 years.
- Exceptional written communication and briefing skills — this is core to the role
- Experience working closely with senior leaders in a complex organisation
- Sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to operate at senior level
- A proactive, organised mindset and a strong sense of ownership
