About the area
The Academic Integrity Team, in the Centre for Integrity and Impact in Teaching Excellence (CiiTE), sits in the Office of the PVCA and supports the maintenance and development of academic integrity across the University.
About the opportunity
- Support the development of academic integrity resources, training materials and initiatives that promote strong integrity practices across the University.
- Assist with triaging suspected academic misconduct cases, gathering evidence, coordinating meetings and supporting the case management process.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Academic Integrity team, including coordinating project tasks, documenting outcomes and ensuring accurate data management.
About you
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency in an administrative support role.
- Bring experience providing administrative support to teams, including accurate record keeping, note-taking and meeting coordination.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret information and provide general guidance aligned to policy principles.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise work, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative, problem-solving capability and discretion when handling confidential matters.
