- Base salary range: $83,212 – $92,231 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

Finance supports the mission of the University by providing a high quality, end-to end, flexible and responsive financial management and advisory service including provision of corporate financial services.
The University’s professional service delivery model was created to deliver effective and efficient end to end services across the whole University. The model includes all core services of the University and creates functionally aligned services delivered through Service Delivery Centres.
About the opportunity
- Provide high‑level support across accounts receivable functions, including student loans, debt management and financial system data entry.
- Contribute to accurate financial reporting, account reconciliation and the continuous improvement of receipting and financial systems.
- Work collaboratively within a professional finance team to deliver responsive, high‑quality customer service to staff and students.
About you
- You have a tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience), ideally in accounting, commerce or a related discipline.
- You bring substantial experience in accounts receivable or financial administration, with sound knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
- You are highly organised and analytical, with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- You are confident using financial and computer systems, including spreadsheets, databases and enterprise finance platforms.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrate initiative, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service as part of a team.
