- Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and develop system requirements, supporting and enhancing a portfolio of enterprise applications and platforms for campus operations, and delivering high-quality solutions in line with agreed service levels
- Provide technical leadership across solution design and delivery, drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, and mentor and guide engineers across the team
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
- Proven experience as a senior software engineer, with strong skills in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
- Strong experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments (e.g. Azure (preferred), AWS), with exposure to modern cloud-native services and practices
- Substantial experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle, with demonstrated capability to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade, scalable solutions using sound engineering practices
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide engineers and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
