About the opportunity

  • Deliver best-practice, end-to-end recruitment services with a strong focus on academic appointments, including high-profile, senior and complex roles across the University.
  • Partner closely with leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice, ensure compliance, and support workforce capability aligned to UWA’s teaching and research strategy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects that enhance academic recruitment processes, candidate experience and service delivery.

About you

  • Substantial experience delivering high-quality end-to-end recruitment services, with demonstrable experience recruiting roles within a complex or large organisation.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to senior academic and professional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, selection methodologies, equity and diversity practices, and policy-driven environments.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice and guidance.
  • Well-organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A current National Police Clearance, will be required by the successful applicant.
