About the opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Delivery Manager who will lead and mature our project and product management capability. This role is about enabling delivery by designing, governing, and continuously improving the frameworks, tools, and practices that underpin successful delivery across the organisation. As a function line leader you will:

  • Manage a pool of highly competent delivery professionals (Program & Project Managers, SCRUM Masters and Project Coordinators) and recruit, develop, and provision these resources to Program, Project and Product Teams.
  • Own and evolve the project and product management frameworks, ensuring they are modern, scalable, and aligned to strategic needs.
  • Develop and maintain delivery processes, templates, standards, and tools that uplift consistency, quality, and predictability across all teams.

About you

  • 10 years+ experience in Program & Project Management and delivering within IT environments.
  • Extensive experience using various delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, SAFe.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and maturing Project & Product delivery frameworks, processes, and tools at an organisational level.
  • Strong experience recruiting, managing and developing project delivery professionals and uplifting capability through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Program and Project Management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, MSP) and Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience or qualification
