- Base salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
Student Living sits within UWA’s Education & Student Experience Portfolio and is responsible for delivering inclusive, high‑quality accommodation services that support students across their university journey. The directorate works in partnership with internal teams and external accommodation providers to deliver a diverse portfolio including College Row, Crawley Village, Forret Hall and the new Nedlands Student Accommodation building opening in 2028.
About the opportunity
- Leading strategic and operational planning for student accommodation services and experiences.
- Driving the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of accommodation services, systems and experiences
- Build and manage key partnerships across the University and external providers
- Provide trusted strategic advice to senior leaders on accommodation and student experience priorities
- Lead and develop a high-performing, student-focused team
About you
- A relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Extensive experience leading accommodation, residential life, or student‑focused service portfolios.
- Strong capability in strategic planning, budgeting and operational delivery.
- Proven ability to build and manage partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and people leadership skills.
