  • Work within a high-performing, data-driven marketing team delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that translate strategy into measurable results.
  • Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
  • Base salary: $104,243 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) division delivers strategic brand management, marketing and communications, and student recruitment initiatives that support the University’s global reputation and growth. Within BMR, the Marketing Performance and Operations team operates as a central hub, integrating campaign delivery, digital experience, and CRM capability to drive student acquisition and optimise performance across all channels.

About the opportunity

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the full student journey, from awareness through to conversion.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver data-led marketing strategies aligned to University priorities.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimised for performance.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience delivering strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and CRM.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, exercising sound judgement and initiative.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools, with strong planning, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
