About the area
The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) works collaboratively with the Integrity and Standards Unit (ISU) to support our teaching academics to uphold academic integrity in assessments.
About the opportunity
- Your role will support the Academic Lead, Academic Integrity and Assessment, to design and deliver academic integrity support documents, training materials and other information in the support of a proactive strategy towards academic integrity promotion and misconduct prevention and reduction.
- You will undertake case management of suspected major academic misconduct cases related to contract cheating and other forms of outsourcing, as well as the unauthorised use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency in project and/or case administration.
- Relevant experience at an appropriate level in academic misconduct case management or other relevant case investigation processes.
- Demonstrated capacity to work with highly confidential material and demonstrate tact when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
