  • Contribute to meaningful process improvements and workflow enhancements that make a tangible difference across Schools Operations.
  • X1 Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
  • X1 Part-time (0.5 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
  • Base salary range $83,212-$92,231 (pro-rata) plus 17% Superannuation.

About the area

College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools, including Heads of School, academic staff and research students. The team is committed to providing effective and efficient services in support of the Schools’ and University’s strategic objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice.  The Schools Operations team provides academic support services and general administrative support to the University’s Schools.

About the opportunity

  • You will provide high‑level administrative support for teaching programs, ensuring efficient operation of office systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate across School Operations teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality academic support and respond effectively to evolving demands.
  • Use sound judgement to manage complex enquiries, maintain key teaching administration processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Substantial relevant administrative and customer service experience at an appropriate level.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and discretion whilst working productively as part of a team.
