About the opportunity
- Design, develop and implement contemporary learning and development solutions that build organisational capability and support University priorities.
- Lead or contribute to learning and capability projects, including the implementation of new learning technologies, programs and initiatives.
- Manage and continuously improve the University's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective administration, governance, reporting and user experience.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Education, Business or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Substantial and extensive experience designing, developing and delivering learning and development initiatives within a large, complex organisation.
- Experience managing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting, governance and user support.
- Demonstrated experience developing engaging digital learning resources and applying contemporary adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Experience coordinating enterprise learning programs, including mandatory and compliance training.
