- Base salary range: $108,413 – $120,287 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) division brings together marketing, communications, engagement and events to strengthen UWA’s reputation and support student growth.
Within BMR, the Marketing Performance and Operations team drives student acquisition through integrated marketing, digital experience, CRM, marketing automation, lead nurture and performance optimisation. Working across domestic and international recruitment, the team delivers audience-led campaigns and strategies that connect prospective students with opportunities at UWA.
This role sits within the Schools Marketing and Priority Programs portfolio and supports major University initiatives designed to improve access, participation and success for students from equity and priority cohorts, including Indigenous students, regional and remote communities, and students from low socio-economic backgrounds.
About the opportunity
- Lead the delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications that support student recruitment, engagement and participation among Indigenous students and those from regional, remote and low socio-economic communities, fostering greater diversity, accessibility and inclusion.
- Develop audience-led content, campaigns and storytelling that promote scholarships, pathways and educational opportunities across the prospective student journey, driving awareness, consideration and conversion.
- Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships, developing a deep understanding of business priorities, audience needs and barriers to engagement to coordinate integrated marketing initiatives that improve access, participation and outcomes for priority cohorts.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Substantial experience delivering integrated marketing and communications initiatives, including end-to-end campaign development and execution across a wide range of channels and touchpoints, with a strong commitment to brand governance and consistency.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate strong business acumen, and coordinate cross-team input to achieve outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in lifecycle marketing strategy and multi-channel implementation, with sound knowledge of go-to-market planning, audience segmentation, proposition development and content planning.

A current National Police Clearance will be required by the successful applicant.
Occasional travel within Western Australia may be required, along with occasional after-hours or weekend work. There may also be a requirement to work during parts of the Christmas/New Year period.
