The Division of Student Life is part of UWA’s Education Portfolio and is dedicated to enhancing the student experience from enrolment through to graduation. Student Life provides services that support academic success, wellbeing, and engagement, working closely with the Student Guild, residential colleges, and the wider UWA community. The Student Office team within Student Life delivers high-quality advisory services to students and schools, ensuring smooth administrative processes and academic progression.

About the opportunity

  • Deliver consistent, transparent, and high-quality student information services.
  • Provide empathetic and efficient enquiry resolution and referral support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent competency (Diploma desirable).
  • Strong administrative experience and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computing applications including Word, Excel, databases, and email.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
