- Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
- Base salary range: $104,243– $115,661.00p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Rural Clinical School of Western Australia (RCSWA) is part of the UWA Medical School and provides rural clinical training for medical students from UWA, Curtin University, and the University of Notre Dame. Spanning over 3,500 km across WA, RCSWA works to strengthen the rural health workforce and improve health outcomes in rural and remote communities. Our Rural Training Hubs support graduates through their entire training journey, collaborating with rural health services and specialist colleges to improve rural career pathways.
About the opportunity
- Lead and manage a small team delivering high-quality administrative and project management and support.
- Coordinate activities and initiatives across the RCSWA in collaboration with the IRTP Academic Lead and the Operations Manager.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing policies, procedures, and innovative solutions.
About you
- Proven experience in senior administration and team leadership.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
- Ability to supervise a small team and provide training and development.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
