- Commencing salary: $80,243 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services delivers academic and technical support across UWA’s schools, working closely with Heads of School, academic staff, and students. School Operations forms a critical part of this structure—providing high-quality, consistent administrative support to help deliver on the strategic and operational needs of each school. The team is committed to best practice, continuous improvement, and a strong service culture.
About the opportunity
- In this position, you will plan, coordinate and deliver a wide range of administrative functions that support the day-to-day running of one or more schools.
- You’ll collaborate closely with academic and professional staff across teaching, research and engagement portfolios.
- You’ll contribute to improving workflows and support school operations in alignment with UWA’s goals.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial administrative experience.
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in systems and digital tools including Word, Excel, and online databases.
- The ability to use initiative, respond to complex queries, and work effectively in a collaborative team.
- A strong commitment to high-quality customer service in a university environment.
Special Requirements
- This position may require occasional work outside standard hours to support school events or key academic deadlines.
